A variation on the classic Pain de Campagne, this loaf is for those who like bold flavours, from the full complex sourdough notes to the creamy bitterness of the walnuts.

♥ Try it simply with a nice slab of good butter or with a good fresh mild cheese. Amazing with jams, especially strong-flavoured ones like fig or apricot.
