Pain aux fruits secs


  • Fruit bread with organic stoneground wheat
  • Dried apricots, raisins, roasted hazelnuts
  • 500g
  • 24h fermentation with sourdough
  • Beige, soft crumb with regular holes
  • Sweet, nutty flavour with a hint of sourness

The dough is similar to the baguette, but the dried fruits give it bites of sweetness, and the hazelnuts a lovely crunchiness.

♥ Can be eaten on its own, with butter, or paired with medium/strong cheeses, terrines and pâtés.

Wheat flour, water, sourdough starter (wheat & rye flour, water),
hazelnuts, dried apricots, raisins, yeast, sea salt.

May also contain traces of seeds and other nuts.


All my flour is organic/öko, stoneground so it keeps the germ and some of the bran in it
for better health properties.
The amount of yeast in this bread is minimal (<1g per loaf!):
it helps control the sourness from the sourdough for a more balanced taste,
while still allowing all the health benefits of sourdough and long, 24h fermentations.

Lactose free.
Suitable for vegans.
