Baguette aux graines


  • Seeded traditional baguette with organic stoneground wheat
  • Roasted pumpkin, sunflower, flax (linseed) and hemp seeds
  • 400g
  • 24h fermentation with sourdough
  • Beige, soft crumb with regular holes
  • Crunchy texture, nutty flavour with a hint of sourness

A variation on the classic baguette. The seeds are gently roasted in the wood-fired oven to release all their aromas and make them crunchier.

♥ Loves to be simply slathered with good butter and a pinch of sea salt flakes, or paired with avocados and vegetable spreads. Great dipped into a pumpkin soup.

All my flour is organic/öko, stoneground so it keeps the germ and some of the bran in it
for better health properties.
The amount of yeast in the baguettes is minimal (<1g per baguette!):
it helps control the sourness from the sourdough for a more balanced taste,
while still allowing all the health benefits of sourdough and long, 24h fermentations.

Lactose free.
Suitable for vegans.
